I’m Paloma Perez, FNP-C, family nurse practitioner and founder of Onalaska Wellness & Aesthetics, OWA

I’m also proud to call Onalaska, Texas, home—and that makes the vision behind OWA deeply personal to me. I didn’t simply want to open a clinic. I wanted to create something meaningful for the community where I live, work, and raise my family.

I believe healthcare should be personal, accessible, and affordable. I believe we should listen to our patients, look beyond the symptoms, and focus on helping people not only feel better—but live better and age well.

At OWA, our approach includes preventive wellness, HRT and hormone optimization, thyroid health, weight management, healthy aging, natural supplementation, primary care, and more.

And accessibility matters to me. That’s why our cash-pay office visits are $60, and why we proudly offer walk-ins and same-day appointments. When you need healthcare, you shouldn’t have to wait weeks to receive it.

But OWA represents something even bigger to me.
