I get asked by people what is Reiki and how will it feel. Every Reiki session is different. As a Reiki practitioner I am just the conduit for the energy. It is to relax you to slow down and reset your nervous system. In that reset different things may or may not come up. I've had people say they saw past loved ones, I've had people cry during a session, I've had people laugh, and snore. Yes people actually fall asleep sometimes and that is okay. Because it is their session, the energy is surrounding you and moving through you for what is needed for you. I do not direct that, I am just the conduit. The thing is everyone can do this for themselves, the issue is most people cannot slow their mind or their body down enough to reach that level of calmness. So that is what Reiki does it helps you to reach the calmness within your mind, body, and spirit so other things can come through to create balance. Sending much love and light.
