A 4-week hybrid class combining yoga and resistance training to help you build strength, improve mobility and flexibility, enhance balance and stability, and deepen your mind-body connection. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, and mindful movement, each class blends functional strength exercises with yoga-inspired flows to support balance, stability, and overall well-being.

We’ll finish each session with sonic breathwork and savasana, leaving you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

Wednesdays at 5:00 - 6:00 PM

Saturdays at 8:00 - 9:00 AM
June 20, 2026 – July 11, 2026

Cost: $20/session

It’s not always about doing too much…
sometimes it’s about not having the capacity to hold it all.

The texts.
The responsibilities.
The decisions.
The things no one else sees you carrying.

When your capacity is full…
everything starts to feel like too much.

Even the small things.
Even the things you normally handle just fine.

Most people don’t avoid yoga because they can’t do it.
They avoid it because of how it makes them feel.

Uncomfortable.
Restless.
Still.
Aware.

And in a world that rewards constant movement, stimulation, noise, and productivity…
that can feel unfamiliar.

Yoga isn’t about being flexible.
Or quieting your mind.
Or getting it “right.”

It’s about learning how to be with yourself,
without needing to change anything.

What I’ve noticed working with clients…

It’s rarely about the poses.

It’s about discomfort with stillness.
Being a beginner.
Letting go of control.
Making space for yourself.

That’s the practice.
