A 4-week hybrid class combining yoga and resistance training to help you build strength, improve mobility and flexibility, enhance balance and stability, and deepen your mind-body connection. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, and mindful movement, each class blends functional strength exercises with yoga-inspired flows to support balance, stability, and overall well-being.
We’ll finish each session with sonic breathwork and savasana, leaving you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.
