Several of my friends are going through loss right now. I struggle with how to respond. I am truly sorry for their loss. I truly am. Death or the breakup is so difficult. Death is especially hard because it's over. There is no more, nothing left to be said.
The other side of the coin is that I have several friend that have lost the love of their lives. I feel for them too. Part of me is envious. Envious that you knew what that kind of love felt like. That you had the experience of another human loving you so hard that it will carry you forward. To know what that felt like. To know what actual love felt like.
Do jot allow the grief to outshine that experience. Some of us will never know what you are going through because we have never been blessed with the experience you had.

Long post.....

I have not said much lately because I had my core shaken to the point that I thought I was full of s***! I was shaken on my beliefs, my relationships and my friendships. Some even went so far to make me question my intentions....
I have taken time to fully dive back into my self and see who or what I was all about. What I have figured out is that I am ME. As crazy as that sounds it's the truth. I try to live EVERY day but my heart. I have no evil intentions towards anyone. I try to always do my best. I try to put everyone before me as long as it doesn't tear me down. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt until we have a discussion. I try to love people where they are.
I also distance myself from people to protect my soul.
With that being said.....
I am revamping this page. We are going to have some discussions. I am re-opening my book club. We are going to discuss health. We are going to talk about menopause. We are going to discuss the issues women have because we are women.

Different perspective....
I have had many friends be let go from their employment lately. It's a sad time. Businesses are struggling, families are struggling.
Their first response is to go on to social media and trash the business because they let them go...
I get it...your angry....your hurt. The dedication you have put into your job has been shoved back in your face.
You blasting the business is not hurting the business.
It is hurting your fellow workers, your friends that are struggling too.
Business owners get hit, yet, but they still have aomething....the business. They can sell it. If they are smart business owners, they can sell the business and move on. Or they downsize and rebuild. They rebrand and make it better. Not before letting everyone go that works there.
So when you want to bash the company that had to let you go think about who you are really hurting.
