Do you ever just know stuff that other people don’t know and no-one taught you but you know deep down in your bones you are right? Or you do ever just know how to do stuff that you figure out for yourself and then find yourself teaching it to someone else who couldn’t figure it out? And you wonder how come you just knew how to do it but they can’t figure it out? These are your akashic memories - which are stored in your energy field - skills you learned in past lives and can now access without quite knowing how.
