A little bit about hypnosis
Hypnosis is a therapeutic process involving a structured induction that helps the person to release thoughts and go into the subconscious. Our memories and imagination are in the subconscious mind. This is where the seeds of positive suggestions are planted. Visualization of the outcome is important for people to see it and believe it. Hypnotherapy is the deeper trance that works in the super-conscious mind where regression, healing, spiritual growth, love and forgiveness occur. In this altered state of consciousness, there is an increased responsiveness to suggestions and a heightened focus and concentration.
Hypnosis is a wonderful tool to use to reduce stress, change patterns and help with healing on many levels. We are welcoming back Mary Battaglia certified clinical hypnosis and sound practitioner to the Pyramid. She is doing individual hypnosis sessions on Friday April 17 and Saturday April 18, where you can work on individual goals during your session. In addition, she will be doing a group hypnosis session in the salt cave on Saturday April 18 at 10:00 with the intention of session being "Finding Peace Within." A very important aspect at this time given we are being constantly bombarded with happenings in our world that take us out of peace and bring us into stress and fear.
