Today I was truly blessed to attend the Full Moon Fest in Lake Charles, and it was exactly what my soul needed.

On the drive there, I found myself thinking about all the beautiful yogis I hoped to reconnect with and somehow, I got to see every single one of them.
One of the most special moments of the day was participating in the cacao ceremony led by Moha Ji and Taylor. Such a beautiful shared experience. I also got to spend quality time with the amazing Kristi LeDoux Bult and Leah Ann Hill, which made the day even more meaningful.

We closed out the festival with a cleansing sound bath that left me feeling peaceful, centered, and deeply grateful.

There were so many incredible vendors there as well, and I was excited to support a few favorites:

✨ Blossom Flower Herbals
✨ Living Light Cacao

So thankful for days like this full of connection, healing, community, and love. 🌕🧘‍♀️

Everyone,
Thousands of people around the world are planning to pause at the same time, 1 PM on March 21 to meditate, breathe, or chant with the intention of peace, love, unity, & respect.
The idea behind it is called the Maharishi effect. It suggests that when a large enough group focuses their minds on the same intention at the same time it can bring miraculous changes.
Please join us and come at 12:45-12:50 as we will begin meditation sharply at 1. 15 minutes of meditation. ❤️
