I’ve had a change of plans as my son broke his ankle. So I’ll be in Virginia for the most part for the near term.

I have a few slots open this Friday, 8/21. 9:00 AM and 4 PM. As well as Saturday morning.

Warning though: my living room is under construction!

All that said, if you are on the red light band wagon, please inquire as I have available medical grade red lights for therapy. I’ll also be making my infrared sauna available for client use soon!

You may wonder if CST works for lymphatic drainage? The answer is yes and the reason is that the lymph vessels are so small, delicate and sensitive, that any amount of body tension can cause a reduction in lymph movement. Because CST relaxes the entire body both from a nervous system AND fascia perspective, the vessels can then function as necessary as the tension restricting them has been relieved!

After a treatment, the work continues to unfold for many days as the body integrates, reorganizes and repairs.
