I’ve been trying to learn how to cook and eat at home more because I need to save up for a Unicorn. The crockpot is staring to become my new homegirl cause she’s always on time with dinner 😜Teriyaki chicken, over cauliflower rice( from Trader Joe’s) and veggies! I added the hard boiled eggs at the end cause my boos lovessssss eggs! Not into meat? All good, try teriyaki tofu and veggies!!! Holla to saving money, eating right, and feeling accomplished 🤪😜😘

Aite aite! With derby being on Break for a month, I’ve been slacking! I also took the summer off from training and teaching to spend more time with the kids but I still try my best to kind of stay active and eat healthy-ish! My meal preps are very simple but keeps me full and my wallet safe from Del taco! Got my carbs, veggies, and protein and my little home gym that I do fun workouts with when I can’t make it to the gym! Have fun with summer and do what you can 😘🌻

Happy Memorial day! This past weekend I've heard everyone saying, " Diet Starts Monday ." lol. Trust me I say that too but as a joke! Have fun, enjoy delicious food with friends and family! Dang! I’ve been needing some new sport bras and it seems everywhere it’s getting more and more expensive! I found some cute fun sport bras and hoochie momma workout pants from forever21! All under $45 and that is the cost of one sport bra at the boooouuggeeees places! Why spend a grip on sport bras? They all do the same thing and that is hold our b**b sweat 😂💦
