We're all definitely crying 😭

Today is our pilot Randy's last day. Affectionately known as the 'Dad' of Meducare 4, he's decided to trade in his wings for a lawn chair and finally retire. We're secretly hoping his honey-do list gets too long or he gets bored stiff and realizes his true calling is flying with us.

Happy Birthday to the one who keeps this whole operation from turning into absolute chaos (most days 😅)!

We may not say it enough, but we genuinely appreciate everything you do — the long hours, the patience, the leadership, and yes… even the “friendly reminders.” You somehow manage to keep us all in line while still having our backs, and that’s no small feat.

Thanks for putting up with us, guiding us, and occasionally laughing at our questionable decisions. We promise to try to make your job easier this year… or at least more entertaining.

Hope your day is filled with zero work emails, plenty of cake, and at least one moment where you get to relax without us needing something.
