This past weekend, I had the honor of being a part of an amazing event.

Hosted by Read It & Eat Bookshop , the Theatre of Youth provided an amazing space where we had an opportunity to introduced Cooking for Levi to the city of Buffalo. This little gentleman, aka Levi, is a 5 year old who just released a cookbook with his dad.

Summer Camp Days are awesome.

3 classes, 3 age groups, 3 different menus, back to back. It was so awesome that our counselors took part in our fun!
Big should out to the Jefferson Youth Center for asking me to be apart of their day.

🚨🚨 INCOMING FALL CLASS ALERT 🚨🚨

Welcome to our 6 Week - Fall Kids Cooking Class.

This Session is all about those amazing viral TV chefs our kids are so in love with. I am talking Nick DiGiovanni, Bayashi, Patrick Zeinali, Joshua Weissman, Uncle Rodger and Emmy Made. Each Week we will explore a different viral chef and create some of their awesome videos.

You can join us for all 6 weeks or pick your favorite chef to join in!

This class is being held from 5:00pm - 7:00pm on the follow days:

9/15 - Week 1 - Nick DiGiovanni
9/22 - Week 2 - Bayashi
9/29 - Week 3 - Patrick Zeinali
10/6 - Week 4 - Joshua Weissman
10/13 - Week 5 - Uncle Rodger

Today’s PSA - Challenge yourself; do something you never thought you would.

This weekend, I participated in something called the MammothMarch where we walked 20 miles on the Letchworth State Park hiking trails. I am not a hiker, but this one was about doing something different. It was about inspiration and going outside your comfort zone.

Keep being the best you & remember, keep exploring 🤘.

A full week of cooking camp was just awesome!

We had 5 days of creating sharing boards. What is a sharing board? Imagine a charcuterie box but with a different theme each day. We made breakfast boards with fresh bagels, bento boxes with spiral cucumbers, dessert spreads with churros & even picnic party perfection with dirty soda bar.

Thank you to all that made this class possible 🤘

Day 1 of our Kids Cooking Camp at Orchard Park Recreation needed it's own shoutout. Talking about how bread is made and making homemade bagels has been on my bucket list. Today was it & these kids 🤘

Week 3 with our summer camp friends at WCCS 😋

3 weeks of the Buffalo Promise Neighborhood Farmers Market was just not enough for me. These kids were amazing! I loved my time there & cannot wait to see them again soon.
