Took a 20 mile bike ride this morning. Loving our Velotric bikes! Better yet no knee pain. Month 2 of BioCell life liquid collagen. I think the early years of snowmobiling did some damage. Looking for some good bike trails. Anyone have any recommendations?

For the last few months, I kept hearing the same thing:

Mom and I had so much fun and learned so much in Nashville. Excited about our new Vivix+ with NAD+.
