This is my garage.
Four mornings a week I come out here and lift weights. That’s it. No gym membership. No trainer. No perfect conditions.
Three weeks later my body composition dropped 3.1%.
I’m not going to tell you what to eat or how hard to push. I have one piece of advice and it’s the only one that actually matters:
Show up consistently.
Not perfectly. Not dramatically. Just consistently.
The results take care of themselves. 🐾
