This is my garage.

Four mornings a week I come out here and lift weights. That’s it. No gym membership. No trainer. No perfect conditions.

Three weeks later my body composition dropped 3.1%.
I’m not going to tell you what to eat or how hard to push. I have one piece of advice and it’s the only one that actually matters:

Show up consistently.

Not perfectly. Not dramatically. Just consistently.

The results take care of themselves. 🐾

Muscle up. Fat down. Scale actually went up!

That last part is the one that trips people up. The scale is not the tool. Body composition is the tool. And it tells a completely different story.

I’ve been off my right heel for 2 months. No walking, no barre, no weight bearing…and I thought I was fine.

Last week’s InBody:
+3 lb fat. -3 lb muscle. Two months off my feet.
The segmental analysis said most of it went to my legs. Queen immediately came to mind.

Here’s what I know as your provider — this is expected, it’s reversible, and the scan is exactly why we do this. You can’t fix what you can’t measure.
