Something new is coming to Revitalized Wellness 🌿

We've always believed wellness should extend beyond the time you spend on our treatment table.

Now, we're bringing that same intention into your everyday rituals.

Introducing REVITALIZED | The Wellness Line — a thoughtfully curated collection of candles, body polishes, and botanical body mists designed to make the little moments of caring for yourself feel extraordinary.

Beautifully simple. Intentionally created.

Our first collection debuts November 1 alongside our grand opening.

We cannot wait to share it with you. 🤍

Our newest receptionist is helping us launch something suuuuper exciting!

He is not the best at returning calls and emails (like his mom 🫣) but he is great for bringing smiles when clients walk through the door 😁

Happy Sunday - Stay hydrated - Move your bodies!

There’s massage that helps you relax—and then there’s therapeutic massage designed to help you move and feel better.

At Revitalized Wellness, we don’t follow the same routine for every body. Your session is customized around your pain, tension, mobility, injuries, and goals.

We may incorporate deep-tissue techniques, targeted pressure, stretching, cupping, hot stones, or C*D—always based on what you want and what your body needs that day.

Relaxation is certainly still part of the experience, calming the nervous system allows for true healing and feeling better to take place.

We’re here to help you take a calming deep breath while being able to turn your head more comfortably, move with greater freedom, recover more effectively, and get back to doing the things you love.

Our sessions are more than “just a massage" - they are therapeutic care with intention. 🌿

✨ OUR WELLNESS PRODUCTS HAVE ARRIVED! ✨
We’re bringing wellness beyond the treatment room with four new magnesium products designed to make everyday self-care a little easier. 🤍

🌼 Arnica Magnesium Cream
Our go-to for tired, overworked bodies. Magnesium + arnica make this a great choice for sore muscles, areas of tension, post-workout recovery, and those spots that just need a little extra attention.

🌿 Calendula Magnesium Cream
The gentler side of magnesium care. Calendula pairs soothing botanical skin support with topical magnesium — perfect when you want to nourish your skin while adding magnesium to your daily routine.

🌼 Arnica Magnesium Spray
Targeted support without the cream. Spray directly onto tired or tense areas when you want quick, convenient magnesium + arnica support. Keep it at home, in your gym bag, or anywhere your body might need it.

💜 Lavender Magnesium Spray
Magnesium meets relaxation. Lavender makes this an easy addition to your evening wind-down routine — spray, massage in, and give your body a signal that it’s time to slow down.
Whether your goal is recovery, relaxation, muscle support, or simply taking better care of the body that carries you through every day, there’s something here for you.

Our September Newsletter Email is out! 🙌🏼
It's a bit long winded but it's got good info in it.

I don't use ChatGPT to write our Newsletters, I write them on my own with words from the heart.

I promise to share more useful information on here in the coming days, but for now here is one more pic of our life behind the scenes- what it looked like on the other side of the computer...

Pictured here we are at Biggest Bro's hair appt, Sammy snoozing in the back seat, Little Girl napping on mom while I work on writing to you 😆

Happy Friday!

**Steve has a session available Sunday AM, Shania has openings on Tuesday and Steve has openings Thurs and Fri - come on in!
