MEET SHANIA ✨

We are so excited to welcome Shania, our newest Massage Therapist to join our Revitalized Wellness team!

Shania is passionate about helping people feel better, move with ease, and take care of their bodies. Her work includes therapeutic, medical, sports, pre and post natal massage with a focus on pain management, muscle tension, mobility, recovery, and relaxation.

Her sessions are personalized to what your body needs and may incorporate deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, stretching, and hot stones.

Her goal is to provide personalized care that leaves you feeling restored, relaxed, and supported.

In other words... she fits right in around here. 💜

Current availability with Shania: Tuesdays 8am to 3pm

We do what we can when we can when the small humans need your time and attention 😆

So many of you have been wondering where the office will be located after seeing the "For Lease" sign in our front yard...

Our lease was up at our cute little cabin and we have been quiet about what our next move was going to be -
Until now, the cat is out of the bag...

Drum roll please -

WE ARE STAYING!!

We have committed to another 2 years at our little space.

We are making some changes and are so excited for you to see what we have been up to behind the scenes.

Stay tuned!

And in the meantime, know what every time you drive by our little cottage we are sending you a big dusting of love and healing vibes ✨️
