On-site childcare for our littlest guests, ages 0 to 12, so you can get your sauna and cold plunge in without lining up a sitter first.

🕗 Monday & Friday, 8 AM to 12 PM
🌙 Wednesday, 3 PM to 7 PM

Wednesdays are open on purpose. Parents deserve a date night that doesn’t break the bank and still gets everyone home before bedtime.

Reserve a 30, 60, or 90 minute slot in advance. Rates in the post.

On a Lö Pass that is $590 for twelve months instead of $840 month to month. Four visits a week works out to $2.84 a visit. A day pass is $30.

Tomorrow night the doors are open to all! We’re throwing a party at the new Fort Union location, and everyone’s invited. Free spa access from 6 to 9 PM. Come sweat with us, plunge with us, and see what this whole Nordic thing is about.

Here’s how the night runs:

6:00 — Doors open. Free access to the facility. Mobile sauna fired up and ready.
6:30 — Ribbon cutting with the Mayor and City Council.
7:00 — Yoga with beehiveyoga .
8:00 — Giveaways. Free chiropractic, Momentum Climbing Utah climbing passes, food, and more. You have to be there to win.

No pressure, no rush, no experience required. Just heat, cold, and good people.

The Mayor and City Council are cutting the ribbon. Our mobile sauna will be fired up out front. Food vendors, giveaways, and a room full of people who came to feel better than they did when they walked in.
