A feather. It’s just a feather. Floating by, yes just a feather. 🪶 You notice it with no feeling of significance and you let the moment pass.

Until there are two feathers now in different places, now there are three, four , five times in a day you notice these feather signs.

So, are you paying attention? 🤷‍♀️

Our loved ones try to capture our attention by creating opportunities for you to notice.

At that exact moment that you register and acknowledge a sign, what or whom comes to mind immediately?

Yes that’s them. That my friend is a sign from your loved one.

There are so many ways our loved ones in spirit reach out to connect with us yet we are so busy in our humanness and day to day activities to notice.

You can be rest assured that the more you acknowledge the signs around you, the more you will receive them.

Ask your loved ones in spirit to send you a sign. Maybe it’s Pennies? Maybe it’s cardinals? Maybe it’s dragonflies or butterflies ?

Or maybe, it’s feathers 🪶 💜

Keep a sign journal for all the interactions you experience. ✨

This helps to remind yourself that your loved ones are very much involved and present in your life.

Ask for something specific! Then wait for them to show you!

🇺🇸✨ Happy Independence Day ✨🇺🇸

As we celebrate the birth of our nation and the freedoms we cherish, may we also take a moment to honor the freedom that exists within each of us.

Freedom is more than a date on the calendar. It is the courage to heal, to forgive, to grow, and to live authentically. It is choosing love over fear, hope over despair, and compassion over judgment.

Today, I also pause to honor those who have served our country, those who sacrificed for our freedoms, and the families who have carried that service with love and strength. Thank you.

As a Psychic Medium, I have witnessed countless reminders that love never ends. Our loved ones in Spirit are never far away. They celebrate beside us in the laughter of family gatherings, the warmth of the summer sun, the sparkle of fireworks, and the quiet moments when our hearts suddenly feel full of peace. The soul knows no separation, and love continues long after this earthly journey.

May your Fourth of July be filled with gratitude, meaningful connections, joyful memories, and moments that remind you just how precious this life truly is.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude, love, and appreciation for each and every one of you who said YES to your soul’s calling this weekend.

What we experienced together was so much more than a certification class. It was a sacred journey of transformation, healing, spiritual growth, connection, and awakening. I witnessed each of you step more fully into your authentic selves with courage, compassion, and open hearts.

Thank you for trusting the process, for embracing the healing energy of Reiki, and for allowing yourselves to grow in such beautiful and profound ways. Watching your confidence blossom and your inner light shine even brighter has been one of the greatest gifts.

Tomorrow I have the incredible honor of welcoming a beautiful group of souls into Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Training. ✨💛

There is something profoundly moving about witnessing students choose to continue saying “yes” to their own healing, growth, and spiritual evolution. Becoming a Reiki Master is so much more than earning another certification—it is a commitment to living with greater awareness, compassion, love, and service.

Throughout this weekend, each student will experience powerful Holy Fire® III Reiki placements, deepen their connection to Divine Source, and continue releasing what no longer serves them while embracing the highest version of themselves.

Reiki is a beautiful reminder that healing begins from within. It gently supports the body, mind, emotions, and spirit by encouraging deep relaxation, reducing stress, restoring energetic balance, and creating space for clarity, peace, and transformation. As our energy shifts, so does the way we experience life.

One of my greatest joys is watching students realize that the healing they have been searching for has always existed within them. Reiki simply helps awaken that remembrance.

To each of my Master students…thank you for trusting me to walk beside you on this sacred journey. Your willingness to grow, heal, and shine your light into the world creates a ripple effect that reaches far beyond what you can imagine.

✨ Create Sacred Time ✨

In a world that constantly pulls us outward, there is profound wisdom in turning inward.

When we create sacred time to connect with all that is—with Source, Spirit, Divine Intelligence, GOD whatever name resonates with your heart—we begin to remember who we truly are. We are not merely human beings moving through daily routines, responsibilities, and challenges. We are eternal souls having a human experience.

Within the stillness exists a deeper knowing. A knowing that remembers our limitless nature. A knowing that understands that love is infinite, possibilities are endless, and our connection to the Divine has never been broken.

When we neglect this sacred connection, we can become stagnant in our humanness—caught in the illusion of limitation, fear, and separation. But when we intentionally create moments of stillness, reflection, prayer, meditation, gratitude, or simply quiet communion with our soul, something beautiful happens.

We expand.

We remember.

We awaken.

Your soul already knows the way. It knows your strength, your purpose, your gifts, and the limitless possibilities available to you. The question is not whether this wisdom exists within you—it does. The question is whether you are creating the sacred space to hear it.

Today, give yourself permission to pause. Breathe deeply. Listen carefully. Connect intentionally.

A Father’s Day Message From My Heart to Yours 💙

On Father’s Day, our thoughts naturally turn to the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, mentors, and father figures who have shaped our lives with their love, guidance, strength, and wisdom.

For many, this day is filled with celebration. For others, it may bring longing for a father who now walks in Spirit.

Through my work as a Psychic Medium, there is one truth I have witnessed time and time again:

Love does not end when a life on Earth ends.

The fathers who have crossed the veil are not far away. They are not lost. They are not gone. They are as close as your next breath.

They are present in the memories that suddenly flood your heart, the songs that play at just the right moment, the familiar scent that appears from nowhere, the dreams that feel more real than sleep, and the gentle knowing that washes over you when you least expect it.

I have had the honor of sharing countless messages from fathers in Spirit, and if there is one thing they consistently want their loved ones to know, it is this:

“I still love you. I am still with you. I am proud of you. Keep living. Keep loving. We will meet again.”

Today, whether your father is beside you physically or standing beside you in Spirit, take a moment to honor the love that continues beyond the boundaries of this world.
