Have you ever paused and thought or maybe wondered why we hear so many people talk about the signs they see and how they feel when they encounter them? Maybe you have experienced this yourself.

Most of the time people instantly feel these signs are their departed loved ones who are visiting them.

Some may feel the sign IS their loved ones.

Well, Let’s talk about those two things.

When we encounter an experience we interpret as a sign such as coins, dragonflies, butterflies, praying mantis, cardinals or any sign you perceive and here’s the point, that sign makes you FEEL ( clairsentience) something.

Instantly you begin to think of someone in particular.

That is a SIGN from that person.

Our loved ones in the spirit world are not literally the butterfly, cardinal ect… but what they are doing is using the energy around us at that particular time and moment to capture our attention with a sign like a butterfly, bird, and so forth.

And at that moment you instantly think of them. You are flooded with emotions, memories and for just a few moments you pause, the memories flood over you and you are together again. Even for a brief moment they are absolutely present with you 💜

So please don’t discard the efforts of our loved ones to bring you comfort and moments of remembering them in simple ways as they keep their love alive within us.

Our loved ones in spirit are ever present with us. They validate in so many ways exactly what we are doing, how we feel, and are able to bring us comfort.

Sometimes when we need it most with a simple visit from a butterfly 🦋 💜

The Soul ("Psyche")
* The ancient Greek word for butterfly is psyche , which also translates to "soul," "mind," or "breath".
* This connection is best seen in the myth of Psyche, a mortal princess who became the goddess of the soul.
* In classical art, Psyche is frequently shown with the delicate wings of a butterfly.

Metamorphosis and Rebirth
* The life cycle of a butterfly—moving from a crawling caterpillar to a resting chrysalis and finally to a winged creature—mirrored the journey of the spirit.
* Greeks viewed the chrysalis as a temporary shell and the emerging butterfly as the soul breaking free.
* This represented the belief in the soul's survival after physical death and its capacity for spiritual growth.

Let’s chat for a minute about the energy in your home.

What affects and changes the energetic shifts and frequencies within your home?

✨ Sickness of yourself or others including pets.
✨ Arguments or quarrels
✨ Television viewing of content that elicits fear, horror, sadness ect..
✨ Conversations that are heavy, gossipy, emotional or angry towards others or yourself.
✨ Work or personal related stress
✨ Clutter!

The objective is to create a smooth, free energetic flow within your home. When you smudge , pay attention to behind doors, closets , under beds to loosen stagnant energy and create flow.

Speak intentions to claim and fill the spaces you are cleansing. It can be simple but powerful such as:

“ All energy that is not mine go back to where you came. Only love and light remains. All energy for my highest good may reside with me. So it is. “

Your home is an extension of you. It holds all the energy of our lives, experiences, memories and thoughts.

It will hold onto all of that until we shift the energy and cleanse our spaces within the home allowing for more flow, ease and peace. 💜

Cleansing your home:

1. Don’t stop at sage - smudging with plant allies like sage, sweet grass and rosemary can clear the canvas, but a blank canvas then needs to be filled. I like palo santo and cedar wood.

2. Use sound to break up the energy - clap your hands while walking throughout your home or with an instrument (my favorites are brass bells or you can use any instrument or create your own like playing spoons).

3. Intentionally guide stagnant energy out - use specific words to describe what you are doing and what you desire. Be sure to extend your intention across all dimensions. Call on your spiritual team and the Earth for support with transmutation.

4. Wash and seal your mirrors - stand in front of your mirrors and state your intention to close and seal any open portals that are not serving your home’s highest alignment + clean them (add salt).

5. Brew a simmer pot - like an incense, these stove top potions can be filled with herbs, spices and fruit to instantly shift the energy in your space (I love using orange, clove and cinnamon with full moon water). Again, infuse with your intentions.

6. Create protection charms for your doors - place obsidian or I use selenite crystals above door frames and then window sills and hang bells on doorknobs.

7. Include bay leaves in your rituals - long associated with protection among other things, you can place bay leaves on windows and door frames, in simmer pots or even write things on them, for example; your intentions for abundance, clearing certain frequencies of energy, calling in your desires ect..and place them in different parts of your home.

8. Floor purification ritual - Add salt or a few drops of essential oils to your mop water, hover your hands over the water and clearly state your intention, also give reiki to your mop water. Visualize the stagnant energy being washed away as you mop. If you can, dump the water into the Earth for transmutation when complete.

9. Window magick - open them on the full moon and literally sweep stagnant energy out with your hands or a broom (you can also use a feather or fan if you wish). Make it a ceremony that involves your entire body. Particularly useful on New years Eve to start the new year.

10. Salt and more salt - sprinkle it in doorways, under your bed (after cleaning it) or in small bowls and place them in corners around your home overnight.

Listening to Spirit ✨

Being a Medium since childhood means at times you need to create space for yourself to pause to reflect what new direction Spirit will lead you.

Much like learning to trust and follow Spirit in your mediumship, you also trust where you are being led is exactly where you need to be. 🦋

Currently I am working on collaborations, publications and other cool projects!

2027 will be expansive, exciting and fun! 🥰 My goal is to reach more people bringing my “Loving Light of Hope”, the message that we are all so much more than our human experience.

Here’s to serving the Spirit World with more sacred reverence in the coming year.

A feather. It’s just a feather. Floating by, yes just a feather. 🪶 You notice it with no feeling of significance and you let the moment pass.

Until there are two feathers now in different places, now there are three, four , five times in a day you notice these feather signs.

So, are you paying attention? 🤷‍♀️

Our loved ones try to capture our attention by creating opportunities for you to notice.

At that exact moment that you register and acknowledge a sign, what or whom comes to mind immediately?

Yes that’s them. That my friend is a sign from your loved one.

There are so many ways our loved ones in spirit reach out to connect with us yet we are so busy in our humanness and day to day activities to notice.

You can be rest assured that the more you acknowledge the signs around you, the more you will receive them.

Ask your loved ones in spirit to send you a sign. Maybe it’s Pennies? Maybe it’s cardinals? Maybe it’s dragonflies or butterflies ?

Or maybe, it’s feathers 🪶 💜

Keep a sign journal for all the interactions you experience. ✨

This helps to remind yourself that your loved ones are very much involved and present in your life.

Ask for something specific! Then wait for them to show you!

🇺🇸✨ Happy Independence Day ✨🇺🇸

As we celebrate the birth of our nation and the freedoms we cherish, may we also take a moment to honor the freedom that exists within each of us.

Freedom is more than a date on the calendar. It is the courage to heal, to forgive, to grow, and to live authentically. It is choosing love over fear, hope over despair, and compassion over judgment.

Today, I also pause to honor those who have served our country, those who sacrificed for our freedoms, and the families who have carried that service with love and strength. Thank you.

As a Psychic Medium, I have witnessed countless reminders that love never ends. Our loved ones in Spirit are never far away. They celebrate beside us in the laughter of family gatherings, the warmth of the summer sun, the sparkle of fireworks, and the quiet moments when our hearts suddenly feel full of peace. The soul knows no separation, and love continues long after this earthly journey.

A Father’s Day Message From My Heart to Yours 💙

On Father’s Day, our thoughts naturally turn to the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, mentors, and father figures who have shaped our lives with their love, guidance, strength, and wisdom.

For many, this day is filled with celebration. For others, it may bring longing for a father who now walks in Spirit.

Through my work as a Psychic Medium, there is one truth I have witnessed time and time again:

Love does not end when a life on Earth ends.

The fathers who have crossed the veil are not far away. They are not lost. They are not gone. They are as close as your next breath.

They are present in the memories that suddenly flood your heart, the songs that play at just the right moment, the familiar scent that appears from nowhere, the dreams that feel more real than sleep, and the gentle knowing that washes over you when you least expect it.

I have had the honor of sharing countless messages from fathers in Spirit, and if there is one thing they consistently want their loved ones to know, it is this:

“I still love you. I am still with you. I am proud of you. Keep living. Keep loving. We will meet again.”
