This is gerri allison dones and Dr. Chris Brown who were nominated for a recent Award for the incredible efforts they and others made in the care of a very ill patient admitted to our unit. Their clear communication and direction in that care gave their patient the best chance at a positive outcome. These attributes can often be taken for granted but can be key in making the difference between a life saved and a life lost, and that is something worth being thankful for! 🔥🔥🤙🙏🫶😎🙌

To celebrate our return to the Gram and FB after a successful presentation on the Burn abaddie Award I wanted to celebrate one of our first Burn Baddie award presentations recently.

This is Stephen Blackwell. He is an experienced burn nurse who recently transferred to our Burn ICU and was nominated for his PERFECT fluid titration in a large TBSA burn resuscitation!
