👑🇺🇬 MEET UGANDA’S FIRST-EVER MISS UNIVERSE QUEEN — MITCHELLE DAKA!

History has been made! Mitchelle Daka, a 29-year-old model and entrepreneur from Budaka District, has been crowned Miss Universe Uganda 2026, becoming the first woman to represent Uganda in the Miss Universe system.

But Mitchelle’s story goes far beyond the crown. Her advocacy focuses on mental health and emotional awareness, inspired in part by deeply personal experiences and her work supporting safer communities.
Now, she is preparing to make history again as Uganda’s first representative at the global Miss Universe competition, which will take place in Puerto Rico later this year.
