The intention of these classes is to give the students techniques, tools & understanding necessary to create their own unique, self-care practice. These techniques come from over 20 years of studies in the healing arts- Therapeutic Massage, Energy-based Bodywork, Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Meditation, Stress Management, Ayurvedic & Traditional Chinese Medicine Practices, Tarot & Oracle Cards and so much more... Please note after this class we will be having a Fire Ritual so feel free to stay & enjoy this powerful healing practice!

The Fire Ritual will begin with a brief understanding of what the fire element is & how to use it in our lives to burn away the old, create action & movement while activating our hearts desires through passion. We will use guided meditation, breathwork & journaling to connect with our own internal fire, set intentions & release all that no longer serves & open to receive what does! This ritual will take place outside near the fire! 🔥

The primary focus of this class is self-healing and how to fine tune your awareness of subtle energies to be able to direct the energy for healing purposes. The self-healing phase of Reiki I allows the practitioner to build a solid foundation by; creating healthy boundaries, practicing, listening and connecting with one’s higher self and the discernment to make decisions for the greatest good of all concerned (especially self). Once this foundation is established the intuition and the flow of Universal Life Force Energy will come naturally.

This class will start out with a preliminary distant healing session the night before to prepare the student to receive the Reiki attunements. ($95 Value) The distant healing sessions will be written down and given to the student the day of the class to focus on before the guided meditation and receiving the Reiki I attunements.

I've been making these packs for years.. & they are amazing! They are therapeutic herbal wraps that can be used for hot and cold therapy!
