Offering my unlimited obeisances at the lotus feet of my most dear and beloved shiksha guru Mahayogi Shri Dharma Mittra on his divine appearance day.
87 years young, master yogi Shri Dharma Mittra has been teaching for over 55 years, created immense works of art such as the Master Chart of 908 asana, trained thousands of teachers, and influenced millions worldwide towards yoga as a complete and authentic spiritual practice.
Words cannot begin to describe my gratitude for this great personality who so lovingly guided me in the perfection of Hatha-Raja yoga and instructed me to see it through to its completion—committing myself fully to the path of Bhakti yoga, or Krishna consciousness.
Everything I share is influenced by his immense wisdom, endless compassion, profound humility, and humorous, joyful mood.
He is a true yogi, servant of God, and light in my life.
