Mindful Beauty is getting a whole new life. 💗
I’ve actually had Mindful Beauty for a long time, but if I’m being completely transparent, I’ve never really stepped out and truly made it my own.

Until now.

After years of working in aesthetics, managing practices, treating clients, training teams, building systems, fixing workflows, working leads, creating marketing strategies and seeing firsthand what makes a beauty business work (and what makes one struggle 😅), I realized I don’t have to choose just one part of this industry that I love.

So Mindful Beauty is growing into TWO sides. ✨

Well... this was a little humbling.

I was putting together a post about my jawline filler (compliments of and decided to add an old photo at the end for comparison.

Let’s just say I wasn’t prepared for the difference.

When you see yourself every day, the changes happen so gradually that you don’t notice them. But looking back at where I started compared to now? The improvement in my facial structure, definition, and overall balance is impossible to ignore.

The goal was never to look like someone else. The goal was to look like a refreshed version of me.

Mission accomplished.

I just saw another one of those viral collagen ads all over social media talking about “flatter stomachs,” “better skin,” and miracle transformations… and honestly it made me want to say something. 👀
