Your charger comes with you.

It's tethered inside a bag mounted to the back of the seat. Not loose in the basket where it can slide out, not sitting back in your hotel room where it can't do you any good. Attached to the scooter, always there.

Here's why that matters. You can top off any time you're not actually riding. Parked outside a restaurant while you eat. Waiting through a show. Sitting in a queue or on a ride. If there's an outlet nearby, the scooter charges while you're doing something else entirely.

But here's the part we want to be honest about — you probably won't need to.

Every single unit in our fleet gets an extended battery installed before it goes out on its first rental. Not an upgrade. Not something you pay extra for. We started in the hospitality rental market in 1996. Think about what's changed since then. Whole parks have opened. Resorts have been built, renovated, rebranded. Competitors have come and gone — a lot of them.

What hasn't changed is who picks up the phone.

That's not us being sentimental about it. It's the actual reason we're good at this. Thirty years of the same people in the same place means we know which resorts have a long walk from the bus stop, which units clear a tight elevator, and what to do when a family lands at midnight and needs a scooter by eight.

You can't hire that. You can only stay somewhere long enough to learn it.

Here's a question worth asking any rental company: what happens when the battery dies at 4 p.m.?

Our answer is that it mostly doesn't — because we don't use the battery the scooter shipped with.

Every unit that enters our fleet gets its stock battery pulled and replaced with a long-range battery before it's processed into inventory. Every unit. It's the first thing we do, not the last.

A dead battery two miles from your resort doesn't ruin an hour. It ruins the day.

Experience. That's the difference.

Here's something we've learned over the years: "What scooter do you want?" is the wrong question.

Most people don't know. Why would they? They've probably never rented one. They pick based on a photo and a price, and sometimes it works out and sometimes they end up with a unit that's a wrestling match to load onto a bus, or a battery that quits at 3 p.m. on day two.

The right questions are different. How far are you actually walking each day? What can your knees take by hour six? Are you loading into a rental car trunk or onto resort buses? Does anyone in the group need to be able to break it down alone?

Answer those and the right unit picks itself.

That's what serving hundreds of thousands of guests gets you. Not just equipment — somebody who's asked those questions enough times to know which answer matters.

Every scooter we deliver came back from someone else's vacation first. Here's what happens in between.

🧽 Wiped down and sanitized — seat, tiller, grips, basket, every surface a hand touches
🔋 Batteries tested, because one that reads fine at rest can still quit on you at 4pm
🔧 Tires, brakes, throttle, lights, controls — all checked
⚡ Charged overnight

If it doesn't pass, it doesn't go out. It goes back on the bench.
