I love this pedal exerciser.. I wanted something that I could do while I was sitting that was compact and store easily. The set up didn't take long at all, has 12 speeds and multiple resistance modes and all digital to easily keep track of my workouts. The pedaling itself is very smooth I can even peddle forward or reverse to add different movements and since there is rubber on the bottom, it is less susceptible to sliding on the floor and I have used it on carpet and wood floors so moving it place to place hasn't been an issue.
