They are trying to move it up, but they need to coordinate with two surgeons (surgical oncologist to remove breasts in their entirety as well as 15 or more cancerous lymph nodes and plastic surgeon to "rewire" my lymphatic drainage system). I tested positive for the PTCH1 gene but fortunately not BRCA. This means I do not have the ability to fight cancer on my own.
Dex setup a GoFundMe to raise funds for my stage 4 breast cancer bills. The oncologist has given me a year due to the fast progression of symptoms. UnitedHealthcare says AdventHealth is out of network, so a lot of diagnostic testing and treatment have not been covered, and we've had to spend $3,000.00 out of pocket so far that is not applied to the deductible.
