This announcement feels a little extra special. 🤍

After 4 years of being part of Silken, I’m incredibly proud to share that Chelsey is stepping into an exciting new chapter with us as a Licensed Electrologist, expanding her expertise at Silken to include laser hair removal alongside waxing.

One philosophy I’ve always believed in is to focus on one thing, become exceptional at it, and then continue to build from there.

Chelsey has done exactly that.

Over the last four years, I’ve watched her grow in her confidence, her knowledge, her technique, and most importantly, in the way she cares for our clients. She has taken the time to truly master her craft, and this next chapter is such a natural evolution of the work she has already become so trusted for.

As Silken grows, one of the things I’m most proud of is being able to create opportunities for the people on my team to grow with it.

I’ve always wanted to build more than a beautiful, high-end aesthetics practice. I want Silken to be a place where talented professionals can develop their expertise, build meaningful careers, and truly thrive and where our clients walk through the door knowing they are welcome, cared for, and in experienced hands.
