🔥Thermal imaging has come a long way.

Twenty years ago, a 160 × 120 detector (about 19,000 pixels) was considered the clinical standard. Believe it or not, some thermographers are still using this technology today.

Then came the 320 × 240 detector (76,000 pixels), which was a huge improvement and quickly became the new standard.

Today, 640 × 480 technology delivers over 307,000 pixels, giving us incredible image clarity—we can even see the client's eyelashes and eyebrows.

Image quality matters. Higher resolution means more detail, better visualization, and greater confidence when interpreting thermal patterns.

The difference is hard to ignore. ➡️
