This week’s ride was more than exercise — it was a reminder of balance, of coming home to myself, of choosing me again.

So many women move through life on empty… giving, holding, supporting, pushing through. I see it every day in my practice — women who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their own bodies because they’ve been carrying too much for too long.

And here’s the truth:
Healing isn’t just what we give to others.
Healing is also what we allow ourselves to receive.

Getting back on a horse reminded me of that.
It reminded me that I need nurturing too — space to breathe, regulate, soften, and reconnect with the woman underneath all the roles.

And if you’re reading this, I want you to know:
I’m still here to support you in doing the same.
To help you regulate your nervous system so you can feel like yourself again — calmer, clearer, more grounded, more you.
