Yesterday, our hearts were filled with joy when the 5th-grade music class from Central Elementary School visited La Grande Post Acute Rehab to share their beautiful voices with our residents. 🎵

After their wonderful performance, these young students took time to walk around and personally introduce themselves to everyone. Their kindness and genuine spirit truly brightened our day.

We are deeply grateful to Central Elementary School for blessing us with such beautiful music and the gift of these children's caring hearts. Moments like these remind us of the power of community and connection.

What an amazing day we had during our therapy and activities, fitness fun event! 🐎 We watched our participants race horses to the finish line, and it was truly heartwarming to see everyone's joy and determination.

Our first-place winner controlled Goldie with such grace, while our second-place finisher showed incredible spirit with Blaaze. Every participant brought their best effort, and that's what made this day so special.

Last week, we celebrated Skilled Nursing Week at La Grande Post Acute Rehab with the theme “Heart for People” ❤️🎉

We had an amazing time honoring our incredible residents and dedicated staff with a fun-filled week of activities! From a delicious BBQ 🍔🌭 and ice cream sundae bar 🍨 to matching team shirts 👕 and a creative coloring contest 🎨, there were smiles and laughter all around.

Congratulations to our coloring contest winners, Kathy and Haili! 🏆👏 Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the week so memorable.

We are truly grateful for our compassionate team, wonderful residents, and supportive families who show every day what it means to have a heart for people. ❤️
