Breakfast does not have to be fancy. Aim for something that gives you staying power: protein, fiber, and color. Think oatmeal with nuts and fruit, Greek yogurt with berries, eggs with veggies, or whole grain toast with peanut butter.

Domitila did not prioritize her health and cared for others before herself.
