**Health Insurance Isn't One-Size-Fits-All.**

The coverage that works for one person may not be the right fit for someone else.

Your health needs, budget, family situation, and even how often you visit the doctor can all affect what type of coverage makes sense for you.

That's why I don't believe in just throwing a plan at someone and calling it a day.

My goal is to help you understand your options, compare available coverage, and find a plan that fits your situation.

Whether you're self-employed, own a business, work for an employer, or are simply looking for a different option, it's worth knowing what's available.

Most people assume my job is selling health insurance.

It's not.

My job is helping people make sense of something that's confusing.

I spend a lot of time answering questions like:

• "Why is this bill so high?"
• "Can I keep my doctor?"
• "What's the difference between these plans?"
• "Am I paying more than I need to?"

Sometimes the answer is that your current plan is a great fit, and I tell people to keep it.

Other times, there's a better option that saves money or provides coverage that's a better match.

Either way, I'd rather help someone make the right decision than rush them into the wrong one.

If you've been putting off reviewing your health insurance because it feels overwhelming, don't hesitate to reach out. Even if you just have questions, I'm happy to help point you in the right direction.

A quick question...

When was the last time you actually reviewed your health insurance?

Not just paid the bill—but looked at what it covers, what your deductible is, or whether it still fits your needs.

Life changes:
• You start a business.
• You become self-employed.
• You get married.
• You have children.
• Your income changes.

The plan that worked a few years ago may not be the best fit today.

Taking 10–15 minutes to review your options could give you peace of mind—and in some cases, even save money.

If you've been putting it off, I'd be happy to help you compare your current coverage and answer any questions you have.

Shopping for health insurance shouldn't feel like a second job.

One of the biggest frustrations I hear is:

"I don't even know where to start."

Between different plan types, deductibles, provider networks, and monthly premiums, it's easy to get overwhelmed.

That's where I come in.

My job isn't to pressure you into a plan—it's to help you understand your options and find coverage that fits your situation.

Whether you're:
✔️ Self-employed
✔️ Own a small business
✔️ Recently lost employer coverage
✔️ Turning 26 and coming off a parent's plan
✔️ Just wondering if you're overpaying

I'll walk you through your options and answer your questions in plain English.

The goal is simple: help you make an informed decision with confidence.

**Health Insurance Doesn't Matter... Until It Does.**

Most people don't think much about their health insurance until they're sitting in a doctor's office, an emergency room, or opening a bill they weren't expecting.

The best time to review your coverage isn't after something happens—it's before.

Here are 3 questions everyone should know the answer to:

🔹 What's your deductible?

🔹 What's your maximum out-of-pocket cost if something serious happens?

🔹 Are your doctors and hospitals in-network?

You don't need to memorize every detail of your plan, but you should understand how it works before you need it.

Whether you have insurance or are new to getting it. These are things you need to ask about.

The Best Time to Think About Health Insurance Isn't When You Need It.

Most people don't shop for health insurance until something changes—a new job, starting a business, losing coverage, or a medical issue.

The problem is that by then, the decision often feels rushed.

Taking time to understand your options before you need care can help you find coverage that fits your health needs, your lifestyle, and your budget.

Whether you're self-employed, changing jobs, or simply exploring alternatives to your current plan, it's worth knowing what's available.

A little planning today can make a big difference when life throws the unexpected your way.

When Can You Apply for Private Health Insurance?

A lot of people assume they can only enroll in health coverage during Open Enrollment—but that's not always the case.

Many private health insurance plans allow eligible individuals to apply year-round, which can be helpful if you:

• Recently became self-employed
• Lost employer coverage
• Started a new business
• Retired before Medicare eligibility
• Missed Open Enrollment and want to explore other options

The important thing to remember is that not all health plans follow the same enrollment rules.

That's why it's worth reviewing your options anytime your situation changes—not just once a year.

Life doesn't always happen on an enrollment schedule, and your health coverage shouldn't be an afterthought.

Understanding what's available can help you make a more informed decision for yourself and your family.

What is Private Health Insurance?

When people hear "health insurance," they often assume there are only employer plans or Marketplace plans. But there's another option that many people don't realize exists: private health coverage.

Private health plans are designed for individuals and families who are self-employed, own a business, are between jobs, or simply want to explore alternatives outside of their employer's plan.

Depending on the plan and your eligibility, private coverage may offer:
âś… Access to large provider networks
âś… Lower monthly premiums than some alternatives
âś… Flexible plan options based on your needs
âś… Coverage for doctor visits, urgent care, hospital stays, and more

The right plan depends on your health, budget, and personal situation—which is why it's important to compare your options instead of assuming one type of coverage fits everyone.

Every person's situation is different, and taking a few minutes to review your options can make a big difference.

Health Insurance Tip of the Week

The cheapest plan isn’t always the least expensive.

Many people focus only on the monthly premium when choosing health insurance. But your deductible, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximum can make a huge difference when you actually need care.

For example:

A lower premium may come with a much higher deductible.

A slightly higher premium may save you thousands of dollars if you have a hospital visit, surgery, or ongoing prescriptions.

Network access matters too — make sure your doctors, hospitals, and medications are covered.

Before enrolling, ask these 3 questions:

What is my deductible?

What is my maximum out-of-pocket?

Are my doctors and prescriptions in-network?
