My Seed Cycling journey started out as an experiment. The first time I heard about it I wondered "can adding little seeds actually make a difference in my cycle?".

Even though my background is in nutrition and I've pretty much always have been about the food first approach, I still wondered if it sounded too good to be true.

So I decided to find out for myself..

On my third month of Seed Cycling, I experienced my very first CRAMP-FREE PERIOD and it felt AMAZING!

Starting to Seed Cycle was the best thing I did for myself (+ my hormones). I started to feel better around and during my period and most importantly, it helped me fully connect with my Menstrual Cycle - because for most of my menstruating years, it was completely neglected.
