I’m encouraged by a change in the salt therapy industry: more companies are looking beyond the halogenerator and asking how the entire room should work.

That shift matters. A generator produces dry salt aerosol, but it operates in a space where airflow, ventilation, temperature, humidity, materials, and daily maintenance also need careful planning. Installing equipment is one step. Understanding how the room performs is an ongoing responsibility.

It’s natural for a business to begin with enthusiasm and an introductory course. As experience grows, so should the questions it asks. A webinar can provide a starting point; hands-on work, continued education, and learning from operating facilities build deeper knowledge.

I welcome companies that are revisiting earlier assumptions and improving their approach. That willingness to learn helps raise expectations across our industry.

The question is changing from “Which generator should we buy?” to “Who has the experience to help us design and operate this room responsibly?”
