A good morning routine is the a great way to start your day. Find what works for you. I start the day with a grateful heart - I woke up in a safe warm place, but mostly I woke up. I then pray, drink water to rehydrate my body, make my bed, write down three things I'm grateful for, goals for the day, start getting ready while talking to myself about what a great day today is going to be, followed by a good breakfast and cup of coffee. How do you start your day? Don't forget to high five yourself and say, "It's going to be a great day."
