C2 Mobility Mondays
Each Monday (schedule permitting 😅) I’ll be sharing two mobility exercises to help improve how your body moves.
This week’s focus: Hip External Rotation
Goal is to push each set to fatigue, not failure.
Perform for reps, not long holds
1️⃣ Incline Bench Assisted Pigeon
Two variations here: a forward bend + a med ball chop.
On the chop, hinge and rotate, pause 2–3 seconds, and press the knee into the bench to come back up. You should feel this in the outside glute.
2️⃣ Seated External Rotation
Sit tall on a box, lift the foot, and rotate it toward the midline while keeping the knee at 90°. The foam roller is to prevent compensation of the hip moving out to the side.
