When I first started filling in and slinging shakes at Impact North, I never imagined I’d one day become an owner. But life has a way of surprising us.
In March 2020, when the world shut down, you—our amazing community—rallied around us. One curbside order at a time, we made it through together. There’s a reason for every season, and without your support, I don’t know what I would’ve done.
When the Pride Festival was denied, so many of you stopped in just to give a hug, share your thoughts, and lift our spirits. You let me be part of your lives—through milestones, marriages (yes, two inside Impact North!), first steps, reconnections, and endless laughs. I’ve watched your babies grow up, start kindergarten, and even graduate.
I want to thank each and every one of you for being a part of my journey. Most of you feel more like friends than customers, and that means the world to me.
