I’m going to say it—
Your kids aren’t the reason you’re unhealthy.
They’re the excuse.
I built my business…
worked out…
fed my family well…
WITH kids at my feet.

Still struggling with hormone symptoms… but “normal labs”?

You don’t need to “get back on track.”
You need to realize…
you were never on one long enough to see results.
That’s the pattern no one wants to admit.
You do “good” for a day or two…
then reward yourself by undoing it.
You say you don’t have time…
but somehow have time for everything that keeps you stuck.
You try something…
but quit the second it gets inconvenient or boring.
And then you tell yourself:
👉 “Nothing is working.”
No.
Things don’t work when you don’t stick with them.
This isn’t a metabolism problem.
It’s a consistency problem.
And until that changes… nothing else will.

You don’t need a complicated diet.
You need meals that:
âś” actually fuel your body
âś” stabilize your blood sugar
âś” keep you full for more than 2 hours
This is one of my go-to meals for clients who are:
tired
bloated
crashing mid-day
and “eating healthy” but still not feeling good
Simple. High protein. Low carb. And it actually tastes good.
Save this so you stop defaulting to whatever’s easiest.

🍽️ Italian Chicken and Rice (GF)
Servings: 6
Time: ~1 hr 25 min
Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken/turkey thighs or breast
4 stalks celery
1 onion
2 tbsp avocado oil
4 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp sea salt (plus more to taste)
1 tsp black pepper (plus more to taste)
4 tbsp butter
3/4 cup cassava flour
2 cups coconut/almond milk
3 cups bone broth
2 tbsp dried minced onion
2 tsp garlic powder
3 cups cauliflower rice
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F
Chop chicken into 1-inch pieces. Dice celery + onion
Mix chicken with oil, 1/2 Italian seasoning, salt, pepper
Melt butter in pan. Sauté onion + celery until soft
Add cassava flour and stir ~2 minutes
Slowly whisk in milk + broth → simmer 8–10 min until thick
Mix remaining seasoning + spices in bowl
In baking dish: combine rice, sauce, seasoning, chicken, balsamic
Cover + bake 60–75 min until fully cooked
