Nobody wants to talk about p**p.
Until their body starts waving red flags.
Your bowel movements can tell you a lot about what's happening inside your digestive system.
Not going daily?
Your p**p might be asking for more fiber, water, movement, or digestive support.
Living on coffee to make things happen?
That's a clue.
Constant bloating, gas, urgency, or loose stools?
Also clues.
Your body is constantly communicating with you.
Most people just don't realize how much information they're flushing away every day.
So let's settle this...
If your p**p could leave a review of your digestive system, would it be 5 stars or a formal complaint?

Let's be honest.
If your hormones were a relationship, your friends would probably stage an intervention.
🚩 Keeps you awake half the night.
🚩 Leaves you exhausted all day.
🚩 Kills your s*x drive.
🚩 Makes you crave sugar.
🚩 Gives you brain fog.
🚩 Has you snapping at people you actually like.
🚩 Makes it feel impossible to lose weight.
At some point, we have to stop calling these things "normal."
Just because they're common doesn't mean your body is functioning the way it should.
Your body is always communicating with you.
The question is whether you're listening.

Being an over-giver doesn’t just drain your time—it can drain your energy, your resilience, and your health. Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is learn where you end and everyone else begins.

People think healthy people have more willpower.
I don't.
I just make healthy choices stupid easy.
A few of my favorite lazy girl health hacks:
• Frozen vegetables instead of letting fresh produce rot in the fridge
• Rotisserie chicken for an instant high-protein meal
• Protein coffee so breakfast takes 30 seconds
• Walking meetings to sneak in movement without adding another task to my day
• Supplements beside my toothbrush because I trust systems more than memory
The truth is most people don't need a better plan.
They need fewer opportunities to make unhealthy choices.
What's your favorite lazy health hack?

ā€œHealthyā€ casseroles usually taste like sadness and broken dreams.
This one actually tastes GOOD. šŸ˜
High protein. Loaded with veggies. Family-friendly. And easy enough for a weeknight when your brain is fried and everyone is asking what’s for dinner.
šŸ‘‰ Tex Mex Beef & Veggie Casserole
Ingredients:
• 6 oz frozen spinach, thawed + drained
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup cilantro
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 lbs ground beef
• 3 tbsp taco seasoning
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 2 can black beans
• 8 oz diced green chiles
• 12 almond flour tortillas
• 3 cups shredded cheese (I used goat cheese)
• 2 cups salsa

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
SautƩ onion in olive oil until softened.
Add beef, taco seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
Stir in spinach, beans, green chiles, and cilantro.
Layer tortillas in bottom of pan.
Add 1/3 of beef mixture + 1/3 cheese.
Repeat layers with salsa added in middle layer.
Finish with tortillas, remaining meat mixture, salsa, and cheese.
Bake about 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Top with cilantro and/or extra salsa if desired.
This is one of those meals that feels like comfort food… without the blood sugar crash and regret afterward. šŸ‘

Some seasons look like careers growing. Some look like little feet in the kitchen and reheated coffee. Being a stay-at-home mom is a season — beautiful, hard, ordinary, sacred. Enjoyed this chat with

Not moving because you’re aging… or aging faster because you stopped moving? Sometimes the conversation needs to be flipped. Enjoyed this conversation with !

I’m going to say it—
Your kids aren’t the reason you’re unhealthy.
They’re the excuse.
I built my business…
worked out…
fed my family well…
WITH kids at my feet.
Was it harder? Yes.
Still did it.
My kids watched me train.
They helped cook.
We didn’t make separate meals.
We ate protein and vegetables.
So did they.
šŸ‘‰ That’s how they learn what ā€œnormalā€ is.
Meanwhile—
ā€œI’ll focus on my health when life slows down.ā€
It won’t.
You’re not just living your habits…
you’re passing them down.

Be honest—
What excuse do you use the most right now?
Time?
Kids?
Energy?
Overwhelm?
Drop it šŸ‘‡

You want energy.
But your dinner is wine and scrolling/TV
…and then you’re shocked you wake up exhausted, puffy, and craving sugar like your life depends on it.
I’m not saying you can’t have wine.
I’m saying it’s not a meal.
When you skip real food at night:
→ your blood sugar tanks
→ your cortisol goes up
→ your body has ZERO building blocks to repair hormones
And then we blame:
ā€œhormonesā€
ā€œageā€
ā€œstressā€
No.
You’re under-fueling your body.
You don’t need a complicated plan.
You need to eat like someone who wants energy.
Start here:
āœ”ļø Add protein to dinner (even if it’s simple)
āœ”ļø Stop letting wine replace food
āœ”ļø Build meals that actually fuel you
Not glamorous.
But it works.
If your energy, hormones, and cravings feel out of control…
I break this down step-by-step in my free training
