✨ Exciting News at Centered Within! ✨

We are thrilled to welcome Liam Stanbridge of Flora Massage Suite to our office! His first appointments in our space will be available starting next week, and we can’t wait for our community to experience the benefits of his care.

Liam is a Licensed, Trauma-Informed Massage Therapist with certifications in Prenatal and Postpartum Massage. He offers a variety of techniques tailored to each individual’s needs, including:

🌿 Thai Table Stretches
🌿 Cupping Therapy
🌿 Trigger Point Therapy
🌿 And more!

In addition to relaxation and wellness-focused care, Liam has experience in medical massage, helping patients with:

At 36 weeks pregnant, Dr. Emily is practicing what she preaches!

As the body prepares for labor, regular prenatal chiropractic care can help support comfort, mobility, and optimal function. That’s why, in addition to weekly visits with her midwives, Dr. Emily is continuing to get adjusted throughout her pregnancy.

One of the biggest goals this late in pregnancy is keeping the pelvis moving well and maintaining balance throughout the body. Chiropractic adjustments can also help support healthy nervous system function, allowing the body to better adapt to the physical stresses of pregnancy.

A special thank you to Dr. Victoria at Your Wellness Connection for helping keep me moving and feeling my best throughout this pregnancy. Even chiropractors need chiropractors! Having a trusted provider in your corner makes all the difference.

While every pregnancy and birth experience is unique, reducing unnecessary stress and tension in the body may help create a better environment for both mom and baby as labor approaches.
