Two weeks back in the office and my heart is full. 🤎

Coming back after having a baby has definitely been an adjustment, but it has felt so good getting to see familiar faces again, meet new patients, and get back to helping families in our community.

Thank you to everyone who has checked in on us, been patient with my limited schedule, scheduled an appointment, shared a post, recommended the office to a friend, or simply supported Centered Within.

Every bit of it means more than you know.

✨ I’M BACK! ✨

After a few wonderful weeks soaking up all the baby snuggles, I’m excited to officially be returning to Centered Within – Family Chiropractic on Monday, August 31st!

I’m so grateful for everyone’s patience, kind messages, and support while I’ve been away welcoming our baby girl.

I’ll be easing back into the office with limited hours for the first couple of weeks, but I am SO ready to see everyone again and help you get back to moving and feeling your best!

Appointments are available starting tomorrow! If you’ve been waiting for me to return, now is the time to get on the schedule!

A little update from Dr. Emily!

Dr. Emily is recovering well from delivery and soaking up all the sweet baby snuggles with her baby girl! While she’s enjoying this special time at home, she wanted to wish all of our students, teachers, school staff, and families a wonderful school year! 📚✏️🍎

Dr. Emily is planning to return to Centered Within – Family Chiropractic on August 31st! 🎉

Hours and appointment availability will still be limited for the first couple of weeks as she eases back into the office, but she is so excited to see everyone again and get back to helping our families feel and function their best.

Thank you all for your patience, support, and well wishes during this exciting new chapter. We can’t wait to see you soon!

💕 A Little Life Update 💕

The time we’ve been waiting for is almost here… Baby Girl is making her debut! 💗

As our family prepares to welcome our newest little blessing, Centered Within – Family Chiropractic will be closed for the upcoming weeks while I take time to recover, bond with our baby, and adjust to this new season of life.

I am so incredibly grateful for all of your support, encouragement, and understanding throughout my pregnancy. It has been such a joy to continue caring for this amazing community during this special time in my life.

I’ll be sharing updates on my return to the office as soon as we’re settled and ready. Until then, thank you for your patience and for allowing me this precious time with my growing family.

Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we prepare to welcome our sweet baby girl into the world! 💕
