I feel every one of us deals with mental health in different ways. Both men & women together.
Being a parent is hard, being a business owner can be hard, being transparent about these feelings can be hard. But I am so grateful to have support around me.

Without my fiancé Josh, my parents, his parents, my friends, my business partners and my customers. I feel I'd be lost. So, thank you to each and everyone of you for your support 💞🙌

I hope you all have a person and hobby that brings you happiness.

It's thoughtful Tuesday. What is something that's been on your mind. Happy thoughts, weighted thoughts, thoughts you feel you couldn't share with anyone?
Remember this is a safe space. The universe always provides for us when we truly need something. All we have to do is ask.

Today I ask you to sit and pounder. What makes your soul truly happy? Is it being in nature? Is it painting or reading a good book? Perhaps it's taking a vacation with family?...

•What inspired you to start your business? --My daughter Ramona being born was my inspiration to begin making all natural products that are safe for our children and around our pets. Helping others makes my heart happy.

•What is your best-selling or favorite product? My most popular & my favorite products I make are my magnesium spray & my crystal rollers. They have helped my body grow in many ways. From no more restless legs to calming my body.

•Fun fact:I am a crystal healer and offer reiki sessions as well. Making products with crystals is a passion of mine and I enjoy sharing this passion with others.

Okay friend's life has been a whirlwind. This winter I accepted a teaching position which hasn't given me as much time for my business & family, but I do truly enjoy it. It has been testing my patience and strength.

My other half & my daughter were in a car accident about a month and a half ago and that has tested the mental health in our household as well. But everyone is healthy. I am grateful 🙏

This month I am preparing Shine Boutique and You Are Beautiful Boutique w/ JoJo for summer time & farmers markets. I am searching for someone to help out in the shop on Thursdays and some Saturdays (1 or 2 a month). Send them our way 😉

But what I'm most excited about is I am now planning a wedding as my best friend and partner Josh proposed to me last weekend 😍

Life has been busy, challenging and rewarding. I couldn't be happier with the direction my future is heading 💖
