At Harmony Health Clinic, our mission has always been to improve the lives of Arkansans by providing quality healthcare services to rural communities. We are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us and for allowing us to be part of your healthcare journey.
In recent years, healthcare organizations across the country have faced increasing challenges related to primary care delivery, healthcare reimbursement, staffing shortages, and limited resources. These difficulties have created significant financial and operational pressures for rural healthcare providers, including Harmony Health Clinic.
As an organization committed to serving our communities responsibly and sustainably, we must ensure that our resources are used effectively and strategically so we can continue providing care where it is needed most. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our Osceola clinic effective May 14, 2026. This decision is part of a broader effort to consolidate operations and reduce expenses while maintaining our commitment to serving rural Arkansas communities.
We understand this news may be disappointing, and we recognize the impact this change may have on our patients. Our team is committed to assisting patients during this transition, including coordinating continued care and access to medical records.
