Wins From This Week
One of my favorite parts of what I do isn’t just helping people feel better it’s hearing what life looks like after their body starts feeling safe enough to heal.
This week’s wins included:
-decreased overall full body pains
-Better sleep and deeper rest
-Reduced stress and feeling less reactive to everyday challenges
-TMJ pain gone and being able to chew comfortably again
-Decreased hip and low back pain
Reduced swelling in the legs
-Fewer headaches/ decreased triggers
-arm pains gone
These may seem like separate symptoms, but often they’re connected by the same underlying stress and inflammation loops that keep the body stuck in a state of protection.
When we help the body feel safe and supported, it can begin letting go of those patterns and return to doing what it was designed to do.
Every journey is different, but seeing these kinds of changes never gets old.
If you’ve been dealing with persistent pain, tension, headaches, stress, TMD pain, or symptoms that just won’t seem to resolve, know that there may be another path forward.
