When were we sold and made to accept the idea that health was about being perfect?
Perfect week, perfect plan, perfect streak. The first time you miss or eat the “wrong” meal, it feels like you failed again.
Stabilize yourself, maybe sit down, clutch your pearls, because we have some big news…
You didn’t fail, that concept is wrong, you didn’t ruin it, and you are fine.
Health is a spectrum, not a finish line. The goal is to let the good outweigh the bad, often enough, to fit your actual life.
Not the short form video version constantly pushing through your screen shackle.
