A fresh batch of Arise Elderberry Syrup has been made, bottled, labeled and delivered and the Oshkosh Food Co-op is officially RESTOCKED!

This is one of our busiest times of year for Elderberry Syrup as we move out of summer and into the season of changing weather, back-to-school routines and all the things that begin circulating this time of year.

Our Elderberry Syrup is formulated by Dr. Stephanie and handcrafted right here in Oshkosh in the Arise Herbal Pharmacy. 🌿

With very heavy and tender hearts, we share that our beloved Tracy Hawley, a deeply cherished member of our Arise family, has left her earthly body. 🤍

Tracy was with us from our very first yoga class and continued to bring her light, joy, love and presence into this space week after week. She became part of the heart of Arise, and she will be deeply missed.

✨ RADIANT RETREAT 2026 ✨

This picture. These humans. This weekend.

I don’t quite have the words yet.

What happened here was bigger than an itinerary, a beautiful place, yoga, Ayurveda, nature, sound, movement, laughter, tears, or any one moment.

It was connection.
It was remembering.
It was awareness.
It was expansion.
It was RADIANCE.

Watching people arrive as individuals and leave as this. More open, more connected, more alive, more themselves. Something I will never take for granted.

We laughed. We went deep. We moved. We rested. We learned. We let go. We played. We witnessed one another. And somewhere in all of it, something shifted.

This is why I do this work.

To every person in this photo: thank you for saying yes.
Yes to showing up.
Yes to being vulnerable.
Yes to the experience.
Yes to each other.
And most importantly, yes to yourself.

Something is happening at Arise. ✨

As I work on the final touches of our next retreat I cannot help but reflect…

Radiant Retreat 2026 is SOLD OUT.

Our India Retreat is SOLD OUT.

Speaking engagements are filling and selling out.

Patient and client appointments are busy.

Our classes, gatherings, and community continue to grow.

And beneath all of it, I believe something much bigger is happening.

People are ready.

Ready for a different conversation about health.

Ready to understand themselves more deeply.

Ready for healthcare that looks beyond symptoms and asks about the whole human being.

Ready for ancient wisdom alongside modern understanding. For nature. For movement. For stillness. For connection. For consciousness. For experiences that don’t simply give us more information, but invite us to actually live differently.

Perhaps this isn’t a new paradigm at all.

Perhaps it is a return to something we have always known.

This is the work.

And I am deeply grateful for every person who keeps saying yes to it. Every patient who trusts us with their care. Every person who walks through our doors. Every student, retreat guest, teacher, practitioner, collaborator, and member of this growing community.

You are the reason Arise exists.
