Persistent pain can make everyday life feel harder.

It can affect how you move, how you sleep, how you work, and how you get through the routines that matter most.

Physical therapy can help break the cycle by identifying movement limitations, strength gaps, or mobility issues that may be contributing to pain. With personalized care and the right support, ATI can help patients take steps toward moving better and functioning with more confidence.

ATI’s 30-year legacy has been built by people who keep showing up for patients, teams, and each other.

For these long-tenured teammates, ATI has been a place to grow, serve, build relationships, and find support through different roles and stages of their careers. Some reflect on the opportunities that helped shape their path. Others talk about the coworkers, culture, and sense of family that kept them here.

Together, their stories show what makes ATI special: people who care deeply, support one another, and stay committed to helping patients get better.

Recovery is about more than getting through an injury. It is about getting back to daily life.

Physical therapy can help patients rebuild the strength, mobility, and confidence needed for everyday activities like walking, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying, returning to work, and moving with less pain.

National Rehabilitation Awareness Week is an important reminder of how the right support can help patients move beyond the initial healing phase and take practical steps toward the routines that matter most.

Today our team celebrated some ATI anniversaries 🤗

OSS Betty made a tres leches cake and one of our patients gifted us Life Water.

The story behind the Life Water: in Judaism the number 18 means water and our combined anniversaries add up to 18!! We thought that was amazing and clever.

Congratulations to Kate, PT for 10 years, Brian, PTA for 7 years, and Betty, OSS for 1 year.

This morning our patient Fred gave us a little demo of what he does at work. He checks and balances HVAC systems for commercial buildings.
This gave our PT Kate the opportunity to see what Fred’s movements are.

Fred has come a long way after a very intense shoulder surgery.
