I do a herb of the month or longer to really understandthe affects of the herb on the body. While I study cardiovascular health I will be studying two herbs that have cardiovascular impact, Linden and cayenne . This is a cayenne tincture and linden tea. I know some about both of these but I will be studying these two in May and June by taking them and researching them.

Two nutritional herbs to pick right now!
Chickweed (Stellaria media)
Wintercress (Barbarea vulgaris)
These two are salad herbs and both very mild tasting. Chickweed has a little bit of a sweet taste and wintercress has a cabbage like flavor. Forgaged greens have much more nutrition than a store bought green.

If you're not ready to go in 100% making a salad out of "weeds" mix it with a spring mix from the store. Chop up the wild greens well. It doesn't have to be all or nothing! Add your favorite non-seed oil dressing. I like primal kitchen or making my own.

Bone broth is one of those non-herb things that are deeply nourishing and healing! Your bone broth should jiggle after its refrigerated! Make sure you are using lots of bones, especially joint and connective tissue! And cook it for a long long time, like 2-3 days!
It is one of the first things to turn to after illness, surgery, childbirth or whenever your energy is not up to what it should be.
Add it to soup, rice and any place you add liquid to a meal!

When the world is going crazy put your energy towards learning something new that will help the people! Instead of sharing hate and division share knowledge to help others. That's what I am doing! I'm studying an immune health course and this module I'm on is allergic reactions. My hope is to one day help the world naturally no matter who you are. God lovingly gave everyone plants!
