Eating around the world is a time-honored tradition of Epcot goers and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Vacation should not be a time where you become so focused on your diet you miss out on the experience. It’s a place to have fun, relax, and drink in the experience with those around you. Listen to your hunger cues, but don’t beat up on yourself for enjoying food. Chances are, if you listen to your body, you won’t overdo it.
