Yesterday I had the honor of speaking to a room full of women about self-love.
Not the Instagram version.
The raw version.
The kind that asks you to choose yourself when life is hard, when you’re afraid, when you’re grieving, when you’re rebuilding, and and no one else can see the battle you’re fighting.
What moved me the most wasn’t sharing my story.
It was watching women share theirs.
The room filled with honesty, vulnerability, laughter, tears, wisdom and connection.
And it reminded me that healing happens when someone is brave enough to go first.
If there’s one things I hope everyone remembers, it’s this:
Life is a grand opportunity to continuously reinvent yourself. Don’t be scared of what’s on the other side, I promise it’s always going to be a better version of what you see now.
