👉🌙✨ DON’T MISS TONIGHT’S CELESTIAL SHOW!

📅 October 12, 2026 — The Moon Meets Venus and Mercury

🌌 Look toward the western sky after sunset!

A beautiful celestial gathering is expected this evening as the slim crescent Moon appears near bright Venus and Mercury. These three celestial objects will create a lovely scene above the western horizon.

✨ Venus will stand out with its brilliant glow, while Mercury may be harder to find because it will appear low in the fading twilight. The delicate crescent Moon will complete this eye-catching view, making it a special moment for skywatchers and astrophotography lovers.

🔭 How to Watch:

- Find a spot with a clear view of the western horizon.
- Start looking shortly after sunset.
- Try to spot all three objects before they sink below the horizon.
- Binoculars may help you find Mercury, but use them only after the Sun has completely set and never point them toward the Sun.

🌠 Take a Moment to Enjoy the Night Sky! Step outside, look toward the west, and discover the beauty of our celestial neighborhood. Don’t forget your camera if you want to capture this lovely evening scene! 📸🌙

So many things I’ve worried about, so many things I thought I couldn’t get through, and somehow, I’m still here. Still figuring it out. Still finding my way. Still loving a good sunrise.

A little reminder that whatever you’re going through right now, you’ve made it through hard things before. Give yourself some credit for that. ❤️

Take a deep breath and let this one sink in for a minute. Sometimes the heaviest thing we can carry is what happened yesterday, or even last year. Letting go isn’t always easy, but the heart feels so much lighter when we finally put it down. Hope this sound brings a little bit of peace to your day. 💚

There’s something about this time of year that makes me want to take pause. The days are getting shorter, the air is cooler, and everything starts to feel a little quieter. Nature pulls at me to just slow down a little bit.

With this new season arriving, I’m looking forward to a cozy month at Sunshine Healing. We’re going to take time to breathe, reset, and make space for what we need.

That feeling of slowing down is also what inspired this month’s sound bath, The Art of Slowing Down. I’m looking forward to creating a peaceful afternoon together on October 25th.

I hope October brings you a little more calm, a little more rest, and a few moments that feel good. ❤️✨
