Life isn’t always easy, and I certainly don’t have everything figured out. But I’ve learned that there is always something good to notice if I’m willing to look for it. And sometimes, it’s simply noticing the love that surrounds me.

So I’m choosing to focus on what’s good, be grateful for what I have, appreciate the love that surrounds me, and trust that there’s more good on the way. ❤️

This Full Moon is in Pisces, bringing themes of release, intuition, surrender, and trusting what you feel even when you don’t have all the answers.

A beautiful night to slow down, let go of what you’ve been carrying, and make a little room for what’s next.

🌖Can you say full, blood, sturgeon, August moon with a LUNAR ECLIPSE TONIGHT! Wow…that’s a mouthful. You’ll be able to see it tonight into Friday morning with mainly clear skies expected. 🌟Here’s the breakdown. The phase of the moon this time of month will be full. The full moon in August is called the sturgeon moon. The blood moon refers to the coppery red color the moon becomes during a full lunar eclipse. This happens when the earth moves between the sun and moon. Some light still passes through the edges, but the shorter wavelengths (like blue) are scattered out, leaving the longer red lengths visible…known as Rayleigh scattering. Maximum Eclipse occurs at 12:12 a.m. EDT on Friday, August 28, 2026. Peak Full Moon: 12:18 a.m. EDT, just six minutes after maximum eclipse. You won’t need a telescope and you won’t need protective eyewear. Enjoy. 😊

One year of Sunshine Healing in this space, and I honestly don’t have the words for how grateful I am.

This time last year, I was finishing up all the little details and getting this space ready to open its doors on September 1st. I had no idea exactly what the year ahead would bring, but I knew I was creating something that felt really special to me.

Thank you to everyone who has walked through my door, supported Sunshine Healing, shared a post, sent someone my way, came to an event, or simply believed in what I’m creating here.

This little space has become something really special to me, and I’m so excited for everything still to come.
