It’s Grateful Friday—and today I’m especially grateful for my practice and the opportunity to help people find clarity to achieve, restore and thrive in health.
I believe we are each given certain gifts. Nursing chose me that's for sure (since the age of 5) and it has always felt like the calling I was meant to follow.
I also believe I was given the gift of being a dreamer—although, if I’m being honest, that gift can sometimes feel a little frustrating. These visions seem to arrive unexpectedly, and I feel compelled to write them down in detail before I can let them go.
Over the past five years, I have watched many of those visions become reality—each one helping expand access to integrative and functional medicine in a different way.
As I prepare to launch what I once thought would complete that dream, another vision came to me this week.
For now, I’m calling it Project BRIDGE: bringing research, integration, development, guidance, and empowerment.
It is still early, and I’m honestly not ready to share every detail, but it is centered on creating a more comprehensive and connected approach to supporting neurodivergent children and their families.
I know when one of these callings is meant to become something more because I have felt this internal energy before. It is difficult to describe, but it seems to prepare me for the work ahead.
That energy may be enough to get me started, but bringing a vision to completion always requires so much more.
I don’t yet know whether I am meant to build this myself or whether the right people will come alongside me to help bring it to life.
All I know is---today, I’m grateful for the dreams that have already become reality—and cautiously excited about the one that may be next.
Please pray for the energy to follow where this calling leads.
