My streak comes to an end. My body told me yesterday that I was not going to do anything. I woke up freezing and not feeling good at all. Fever and just laying in bed all day on Saturday. No food…and just wanting to sleep and rest.

OUR BODIES WILL TELL YOU TO SLOW DOWN AND WHEN YOU NEED THE REST!!!

I was going to hard and going to much. Well the streak starts again tomorrow.

Today I’m going to make sure I go for a walk and do some yoga. The body still needs to move and have motion.

But this taught me I need to go back to my go-to diet. Which has always been the healthiest for me. Which is all natural food nothing from a box or frozen I think Friday and as well Thursday I had a lot more outside foods as I call it which is higher in sodium than I need in my body now. Even if I get an egg white sandwich from Starbucks it’s still super high sodium.

ALL I HAVE TO SAY THIS JOURNEY ISNT EASY BUT THATS PART OF THE PROCESS!!!

Also. Im going to be going back to doing my podcast and starting live vidoes. To document this whole process.

Day 8: THE BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT. IS STRONGER THAN WE THINK!!!
At times we all can go either way. Some days are brains make us feel like we can’t accomplish anything and that we are going backwards. Then there are days we think we can conquer the world. That’s where you have to adjust for those days your brain wants to be negative.

That’s where I start to focus on my GRATITUDE. What makes me happy what makes me feel good. Why do those things make me feel good. And look at what I have accomplished and look at how far I have come.

The one thing is always looking how to improve.

At the end of the day you are stronger than you allow your self to be.

We all got this. Give it your all everyday and just smile Smile as much as you can!!

I’m excited for how far I will go!!!
