May is Mental Health Awareness Month š§ š
Mental health is just as important as physical healthāyet itās often overlooked or stigmatized. Conditions like Depression, Anxiety disorders, and Post-traumatic stress disorder affect millions of people every year, across all ages and backgrounds.
As healthcare professionals (and as a community), we play a critical role in recognizing the signs, supporting one another, and encouraging patients to seek help early. Mental health challenges are commonāand treatable.
This month, letās work to:⢠Normalize conversations about mental health⢠Reduce stigma⢠Encourage screening and early intervention⢠Remind our patientsāand ourselvesāthat support is available
If you or someone you know is struggling, reaching out is a strong and important first step.
